Dodax, provides thousands of customers from all over the world with a wide portfolio of products online. Customer satisfaction is important to us and our key interest is to think global. Currently we have offices and logistic centres in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Poland, Japan and the United States, which handle millions of orders annually and dispatch them globally.
Our Customer Service and Content Management department is a young and multinational cross-functional team. We interact with customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. In addition, we help resolve any customer complaints. We work in ten different languages on a daily basis.

You are a student or a recent graduate with good command of at least two foreign languages (English, German, French, Italian, or Dutch).
You are looking for one of your first professional experiences which you could combine with your studies.
You are a quick learner, outgoing, motivated, creative and have a good sense of humor.
