Team is a single point of contact for all network, security and communication issues for internal and external support teams. NOC is supporting worldwide infrastructure of more than 300 of Atos’ clients. Network Operator is providing daily operational support for our clients’ network, security and communication infrastructure.
Ability to work well as a team member Methodical and disciplined approach to work Good communication skills Ability to deal with multitasking issues Understanding of network concepts Ability to diagnose and locate network issues FR spoken and written on intermediate level EN spoken and written on intermediate level Knowledge of networks at CCNA/CCNET certificate level will be a plus Knowledge of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP technologies will be a plus Readiness to work in shifts (24/7)
