We are looking for a Junior Process Officer in Banking Operations Sweden to work in the international back office environment and playing the essential role by securing and managing different processes towards Swedish customer market. This is a  great opportunity for you to increase your knowledge within the Banking sector and collaborate with different stakeholders across Nordic countries and Poland.

The offer

 
You'll join Swedish Processing Team 5, where we provide the service for our customers and stakeholders in the area of Debt Collection and Customer On-Boarding and Off-Boarding processes. Reviewing, registering and handling different cases of complexity with a high passion for delivering quality and value for our customers.
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Using your Swedish language skills to cope with Swedish documents and systems
  • Registering/closing services for corporate customers
  • Cooperating with Debt Collection Agencies
  • Streamlining processes according to the Lean methodology
The role is based in Łódź and we offer an attractive relocation package (don’t hesitate to ask us about more details). Welcome to a international team of young, dynamic, friendly colleagues.

Your profile and background:

 

  • Native/fluent in Swedish language
  • English on communicative level
  • No previous banking experience required
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Interest in working within financial industry

Wymagane wykształcenie

Graduated from secondary school or university.
