Your future responsibilities
You’ll join CM Operations Files Team, where we are responsible for preparing communication for files, transferring between Nordea and corporate customers, and supporting after onboarding process (2nd line of support) with direct contact with customer.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparation of communication for corporate customer
- 2nd line support for corporate customers and another units
- Participation in project oriented toward simplification and customer needs
- Create, develop and update documentation and procedures regarding assigned tasks
