Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities

  • Answer customers’ inquiries about usage of TRANSPOREON platform
  • Coordination of system implementations and project tasks in compliance with time constraints
  • Provide training for key users and ensure the continuous support of the users of our systems
  • Creation of expense analysis for the desired customer requirements in close collaboration with our development team
  • Responsibility for an open and smooth exchange of information with our customers
  • Establish and maintain customer relations
  • Implementation of various marketing and sales activities
  • Consulting Carrier processes and provides right TRANSPOREON solutions e.g. Interfaces, mobile app

Wymagane umiejętności

Qualifications

  • Fluent language skills in Polish, English and Czech or Slovak
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office Products, Internet)
  • Experience with ERP systems e.g. SAP will be an asset
  • Organizational skills and initiative
  • Fast technical comprehension
  • A high level of organizational skills, proactivity and reliability
  • First experiences in a similar job and additional languages would be an advantage
