WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be based in our Poznan office as part of our global Visual Graphics & Media team in our European Service Center (ESC). You will work with our consultants based in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
With over 200 colleagues in the Poznan office, and 2,000 in Costa Rica and India, we are the visual communications support team for McKinsey consultants. Business presentation specialists work on different requests every day, interacting with team leaders, quality analysts, peer specialists and workflow coordinators to deliver high-quality products. We ensure that our firm’s parameters of excellence are met within the boundaries of business presentation standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will translate conceptual drafts into well-devised charts and exhibits to create clear and accurate visual presentations.
In this role, you will work directly with consultants on improving the visual presentation of information. You will create and enhance presentation documents in accordance with McKinsey guidelines, edit and rework existing materials according to the consultants’ needs as well as proofread all documents to ensure they meet quality standards.
Additionally, you will coordinate production activities for short and long-term client assignments, working closely with other colleagues to manage production and ensure accurate, efficient and timely completion of all assigned requests.

Currently completing the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree
IT literate and some experience in working with Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint
Ability to follow guidelines combined with one’s own style and ideas
